For that you don't need an AI machine. A simplest motion cracking code and a servo gun mount will do the "killing of everything that moves" quite efficiently for you. But that's neither an AI nor truly autonomous - it's an automated gun with a CPU and a camera - as "smart" as your desktop PC, or probably your *smartphone (not smart at all, by any stretch of imagination).
