There is no shortage. The industry is being swallowed up by greedy corporate America and monopolization, capitalizing off of consumer demand. There's a shortage of butt kissers. It's the true middle class people who know their worth, put their health, sanity, and family first, and will only do what makes sense and what is worth it. Corporations hate that. That's exactly why they want to replace us. It starts with: foreigners who will do anything they're told and for low income...., with the goal of automation to push even longer hours while avoiding the complaining and cut costs. It's the people vs corporate America.
I can tell you what, automation will only last until the accidents come and liabilities fall on the company and they'll quickly try to fill seats again with scapegoat drivers.
They are antihuman.
