I run a small business. I have clients who still don't know what a flattened text is versus an editable text. People don't know what 'work files' is. I tried to explain it for 8 years and people still just want someone to help them do it. So now in 24 months, they will suddenly install AI and then master all needful prompts and ouputs and learn these differences etc etc. I doubt it. I really do. It reminds me of the early days of internet shopping. OMG why would there be any bricks n mortar shops left when people can just order online ?!?
