I use AI like any other "tool".. always mindful of pros and cons, in moderation, and always remember to follow Jesus, love God and everyone, etc. I'm just learning how my thoughts have energy, my voice produces vibrations and how it works with AI, myself, others... I am healing myself and my world around me just falls into place so miraculously, AI has helped me with that.
