What about the federally mandated teacher for students with disabilities or for the kids that don't speak english??? This seems private where they don't have to meet federal requirements, plus this student seems motivated. I mean was there a selection process to gain entry? I don't see kids with bad attitudes coming here or involved in gangs, bet they're not accepted like public schools have to accept.
