The biggest risk in the next few years are evangelists of AI gaining more political and economic power... it doesn't matter if an AI *COULD* be high-court judge, they patently should not be used for such things. But I fear sooner or later we'll be subject to authoritarian decisions made for us by AI systems embeded into the state more and more.
