Sorry, but what is going to fund the UBI?
The capitalist system runs on about 50% debt.
The massive fall in demand through near 100% job losses over time will bankrupt the capitalist system including just about every company.
The UBI will be meagre and subsistence level only as there will be few companies producing profit except those providing food (& possibly not them either if nationalised)
The new ~equilibrium point will be at a much lower standard of living.
The UBI can only be provided by the govt printing money (inflationary after a certain point) or from taxation on the few food based companies surviving.
We will have lots of fantastic AI but no one will be able to afford it.
