“Americas AI action plan” recommends further development of these centers, and SPECIFIC exemptions from EPA regulations for these data centers. “AI is far too important to smother in bureaucracy at this early stage.” They literally want to make it harder for you to know that these are being build, and subsequently prevent jurisdictions from having a say.
