One of my biggest problems with AI is, that they take away responsibility that comes with making something yourself. Like. you gotta make decisions how exactly you want your painting to look and your story to be written. Ai bros love this, because they don't want to make decisions, they just want to push buttons and get something that approximates what they wanted. If an Artist chooses to take a pthalo blue green shade over a pthalo blue red shade from a specific paint maker, it's gonna make a difference (and that's even with synthetic pigment not natural pigment). If you ask an AI bro why they there's a certain hue or texture in their flat colours and why they didn't take a different shade of blue they can't tell you because they didn't make the decision. Similar, if you ask an author why they wrote a certain scene exactly like that, choosing exactly those stylistic choices and exactly this kind of sentence structure over another way. They might tell you something about why they like this way better than another or how certain word combinations make them feel. if an AI bro let Chat GPT write his wedding speech, exam paper or a bedtime story for their niece and you asked them why they wrote something a certain way, way they used this sentence structure over another... they can't answer that because didn't have responsibility to chose those exact words. They gave their responsibility to crate to AI. they just put in prompts, the AI gave them something and they ran with it.
