Everyone keeps saying Software Engineers will be replaced...As a software engineer over 30 years, I can say that if you don't need software engineers, you don't need product managers, HR, or marketing. Software engineering is much more than just coding, and there's plenty of coding that I would gladly throw at an AI to take off my plate, freeing me up to focus on the bigger pictures. I see it as a power tool to let people get back to the design over the nuts and bolts, a good thing.
