I'll put it another way. Lets say you made an art piece. A beautiful painting that you spend weeks on. You posted the results on your Instagram. Then some AI took the picture of your painting and started replicating it. You could argue that because you posted it in an online forum for the whole world to see, that it's fair use, but I staunchly disagree. That is your painting. You own the rights to it.
