It sure is something AI can't create... yet.
As the bots get better and better, they'll be able to "understand" more and more complex prompts. There's no reason to assume it could never learn create that.
Also the premise falls flat immediately once you realize that the people behind creative AI's like Midjourney, could just allow the engine to copy works directly. Only reason it can't is that it's not allowed to.
