It's like they only consider it a job if its in an office. I am a finish carpenter, remodeler, stair builder and door expert. I restore historical locations. No fucking way will a robot be doing my job in 4 years. Not in 10 or 15 years. Thy will only take over all jobs when everything is 3D printed and perfect. Finish carpenters are the ones that turn all the shit framing and shit drywall work into perfection in the end. I have been doing it 32 years. Labor jobs on the other hand are threated because it is repetitive motion. So, labors need to move on up fast. The only thing AI has to go on is videos or until they find a skilled carpenter to teach it. Even then it takes years to learn for a capable person much less a robot. Someday, sure. But not in my lifetime. I am mostly retired anyway. My real suggestion would be, sell everything and buy land far away from cities. Learn to grow food. Buy solar, seeds, a still, guns and ammo. (sorry England) If you are not already doing this, it might be to late. Fuck a job!
