Appreciate your in-depth video on a complicated subject. I do want to ask why its ok for you to use copyrighted audio (music and sfx - I've heard minecraft, star trek and a couple others in this one video) You are criticizing ai that is trained on copyrighted works (appropriately) but are a bit of a hypocrite using copyrighted works yourself in your own content. Just something to think about, in a sort of 'fair use'? If you say something like 'I only use a short enough clip that it doesn't count' that is a similar argument for lets say an ai music generator trained on all of rock music to have a section feeling very inspired by a famous song. Or lets say an image prompt like 'a pokemon like creature that looks like a computer' (there is no computer pokemon that I know of but the style of pokemon will probably come out, and I personally think if someone drew up a tv cartoon in a style like simpsons but with all new character designs its not copyright infringement) Or something as simple as in a story, having it start with 'once upon a time'. I will admit with a lot of the focus on this video being on say the disney things with midjourney, I don't think you should be able to put in a prompt "chewbacca doing x' but I personally have trained my own LORA's for my own artwork (which I have designed manually start to finish in clip studio paint) and I've used that LORA to generate 'AI' shots of my characters. I don't think there is anything wrong with the technology itself, its more of being able to name specific copyrighted works to create similar looking copyrighted works that I have a problem with. On that note I agree on what is presented around that.
