21:45 ~ yup, great questions on the augmentation of one's perception of reality with AI and how its creating dissonance ripples among each of us in ways we don't fully understand yet.
22:09 ~ it is worrisome that capitalist based societies may have to find new ways of defining value as more and more humans get displaced by AI. Additionally, these societies will have to consider how to continue fair governance for The People when most of the economic activity is held in corporate lord hands, further endangering the rule of law for democracies.
These are two great minds, and yet I feel we are still scratching the surface on the implications of the insurmountable novelties we face as humanity. The question we need to ask ourselves is, "How do we pursue life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness when humans are being swept under AI's rug of efficiency and function gains with an unprecedented pace of evolution?"
We're already in range of initial singularity ripples that will turn into tsunamic waves by the 40s.
