I use a voice to text "AI" system called Dragon DMO to write my medical notes. It's a useful tool, but I haver to watch it and when it starts to go wrong, I cannot get it to correct, and have to stop and manually type corrections. A good proportion of colleagues can't use it at all because of their voice timbre or accent. If I were ordering lunch with it, half the time I would not get what I wanted.
