We care for our children and try to do our best to train them to do what’s right. Still, just based on the numbers, some people will do a terrible job of upbringing. Or ideologies will be stronger and corrupt. Or you just get a bad kid. Maybe like Hitler et al. And surely it will be the same with AI. There will be many models of AI over time, all with a wide range of “parents” and “influences”. And some are bound to be bad or will turn bad. It’s inevitable. Will it be the end of us all? Maybe the good ones can control or manipulate the bad ones?
