I DO curse out inanimate objects. I have a habit of anthropomorphizing literally everything. I don't genuinely believe they're alive, but I'll still thank an automatic door for opening, or tell my kettle I'm disappointed in it if it stops working. I dunno, just a fun thing I like to do with objects around me. I think it does help with consideration and empathy to an extent as even when you know the item isn't alive, it gives you pause on how to treat it and helpss with respecting objects.
I don't apply this to AI though because current generative 'AI' isn't a 'thing' to me any more than a data scraper is. I despise AI in it's current formss and have no love or sympathy for it. It's literally getting people to k*ll themselves and causing psychosis amongst vulnerable folk. The sort of AI available to the public has literally no redeeming qualities.
I don't personally agree with the robot racism memes, but there is something carthartic in using what could be deemed as 'slurs' for those you feel contempt for; Muskrat, Bozos, Lord Moldemort, gammon and flagsshaggers etc etc.
