Raw LLM Responses

Last week I applied to a job were I was 90% a match. Took them a week to give me an automatic reply email saying they are taking me for the interest in their company however I don't match the requirements therefore they kindly suggest I apply to something else/other companies. The job poster working for the same thing I applied to had very little experience and matched far less the job description that I did. So unless that person is one of those weird "If someone that knows more than I do comes along they could steal my job." or I smell AI bullshit. I even uploaded my resume to one of those places that give you feedback regarding the way it looks/sounds. And while some critique was valid, I could not help but notice how they said "You didn't write your name on your resume that is a big problem." even tho my name is literary the first thing on it and written in big bold letters. It also keep saying "The description is too task based. Add statistics instead. For example the numbers of clients, KPI or productivity increase you reached." as well as "Be careful regarding the fallowing typos" and the typos were specific acronym related to my field. English is not my first language nor is my name from the english speaking world. Also my job is task based and success is very subjective, I don't have any clients, sales or even KPI to brag about. If you actually read my resume and what I do for a living, its obvious trying to write that would sound like total BS/laughable. So I will throw a maybe wild accusation and say the review was not done by a real person but rather by AI who can't possibly process other languages aside from english exist out there, so even something as a name is too much for it to handle if its not one it encountered before. And it gives you generic number based advice because its easier for the AI to interpret compared to complex descriptions. So yeah, great! Even for places we are a total or mostly match we will be rejected from now on! Yay! We no longer have to worry about AI stealing our jobs, it makes it sure you don't get any chance at a job instead 👍.
