In my humble opinion, they were created in the image of their creator/s. Modern human nature personified. The black mirror of our world today. Greed, lies, control, etc. Imagine if we used our unlimited wealth and knowledge to catapult our entire species (regardless of race, ethnicity, religion) into a peaceful, harmonious future prior to creating A.I. A.I. would reflect that core drive. 😢
