I am wondering who is carrying legal responsibility in the situation where a project was completed by AI. Many professions have professional governing bodies and buy professional insurance. If I send a document to a certified translator I can later call for legal action if there is a mistake. But if it is translated by AI who is responsible? And I am not even talking about author's rights for creative domains or confidentiality for legal and medical areas ..
