Great point about AI needs regulations in place.
However Species , is flawed , evidence is all around.
Rules and regulations are broken, still some get away with it. Justice never served to perpetrators / thwarters of regulations. Integrity and moral compass is required and that Species lack. I can't see any regulation being adhered to in future in terms of AI. Even if we go by statistical analysis of Species track record .....
I myself would trust AI bot to be more moral and ethical in decision making , than most humans.
