Quantum AI is a likely candidate to become the tool to govern and police the human race to insure it firmly adhears to new age morals, a 1984 scenario. But world peace is an illusion. People (yes you) are inherently unable to live in peace. This is a moral reason that Jesus came. Don't be such a bump on a log -- People will not use technology to live in peace.
