I feel like AI is somewhat usefull to complete or help with duing rutine tasks, like idk, making lists or when looking for information in a hurry or the like, but things like creative work is basicly impossible for AI, because it doesn't come up with it's own ideas but just mushes together things it was trained on, plus it isn't actual intelligence, what peaple see as revolutiniary is just enchanced search engine, what they think it is is AGI (Artificial general Intelligence, if I'm correct), which should supposedly make it's own decisions, which is what peaple mistake for current AI, but it's in my opinion still very far from that level. So without real intelligence or/and creativity it just takes it's training data (which it usually steals) and mushes it together, but real art takes time and effort even if it is often inspired.
