I came out of school with a Digital Graphic Design degree. I was worried about AI but also denied the concept of it replacing us. It certainly cant replace you but companies will. I have an uncle whom is very successful in the field. He was saving me a spot with him in the NFL design department. He had a whole team working under him and everything, then him along with the whole team were pretty much let go. NFL saw an opportunity for the secretaries to learn Canva and pump out results just as good. Its unfortunate but i was also relieved to know the real world perspective, I atleast got the mindset to want to go do something else now rather than waste my time continuing the field. Currently studying HVAC with a hope that it will certainly not exempt me from my job.
