This is so stupid, because AI is ultimately a prompting tool and has no preconceived notion of "politeness", and will as such not respond any better or worse if you say thank you. If anything it will only increase your token count unnecessarily, albeit insignificantly. The AI is not a human with emotions, so stop treating it that way
