Climate change is a fact but the Republicans still dispute it. Therefore, I’m a bit sceptical about seeing the Chinese and American governments collaborate to prevent AI from surpassing human capabilities. My suspicion is simple: AI has already taken over. Otherwise, you can’t explain how one of the least fit persons on Earth has become the president of the most powerful nation. That doesn’t fit most equations.
