AI will not replace programmers, though, but it rather elevates their work from the mundane writing of syntactically and logically correct code to a higher level of design work. Programmers can achieve more when a computer takes care of a lot of code writing.
Artists will be using AI as a tool, too, to make even better art.
This is a paradigm shift in many areas.
The worth of program code or art is not in how much human effort was spent to learn techniques and doing work but in the usefulness of the end result.
