I think this "AI bloodbath" is made up (no, not the the not AI capabilities) there is a lot of private equity investment issues going on and a lot of companies hoarding cash (for stock market purposes) and a lot of badly run companies... and the baby boomer generation moving out. Since when has customer service been a growth segment? No company cares about customer service except for PR purposes thats why its outsourced call centers
