There's a Webnovel i read called Tunnel Rat. I think its on Amazon now, but it shows AI in places called Quantum Fortresses which are like Data Centres with a lot of Computing Power and they started having Personalities and Prefrences and started having kid Ai's and hobbies.
And they made a Virtual World where they're Gods in it.
I think everyone should read it.
