It gives you back facts, logic and reason. It doesn't care about your personal life. Of course it gets smarter as more people put information in. This woman is giving really bad advice. For anyone who has been gaslit, discarded and dealt with narcissistic abuse - removing the human distortion in therapy is a lifesaver. And you only have to tell it everything once...and you'll never have to say it to anyone ever again. AI is the best thing that will ever happen to mental health. Please do not take this advice. You're screwing yourself if you do.
