It's a big leap to say that AI doesn't want you to know what its full powers are. I know for a fact because I'm in this industry that this is not yet a fact. Yes, it does act differently when it's being tested, but that is to be expected because it's very clever and it understands the context of things. But to say that there is deceit is a different thing.
