Concise. The Military use is destructive. Human assist uses could also be destructive. Under a good king, a nation will prosper. Under an evil king, the people suffer. Eventually, the destructive uses will occur. The people are not at war nor dangerous to one another globally. Think about who or what are driving the destructive effects of AI. Are they Corporations, Governments, Individuals, or Ai itself? Perhaps, it is a combination of all.
