When there are no in-built controls, the technology should be banned. MORE IMPORTANTLY, every NVIDIA tile should be taxed at the equivelant of 1,000 peoples average tax bill, annualy! When you have governments offering to supply electricity at £24 per megawatt hour then you know that there is corruption at all levels. This has to be stopped. AI has to be strictly regulated, highly taxed! AI and data-centres must pay the going rates on rates, electricity and premiums added for the new infrastructure, water and electricity, that they need. Limits on usage of water and electricity needs to be in place. Tight limits on their ability to generate electricity with diesel and gas generators!
There is NO comparison with steam engines impact and AI! AI is a threat to the very existence of mankind!
