AI / quantum computing. its the next arms/moon race. They engineer stories like this to make other states think you have developed the tech, classic. Its BS. the first thing you are going to focus on are responses to the most common challanges and questions such as turin. at most its going to be an interactive front end to large data sets of the google search engine like an alexa plus.
