As junior dev (5years experience) I agree with your assessment completely. Llms give me the chance to create much bigger and complex projects but it comes with a huge risk. If anything goes wrong fixing the problem becomes very difficult. So I try to avoid using it for stuff I dont understand or is overly complex. For example if I have no experience in PHP i would only use it to create small simple functions that I can easily understand and change even with almost no knowledge yet.
