First of all, i feel your pain. Regardless of my opinion, you are worried for your future and it makes sense as the AI technology is rapidly changing the world and change is a scary thing. That said, in the next year, AI will be having a huge impact on any purview. Unlike what you think, Stable diffusion is the only reason that corporates will NOT have control. You are fighting the wrong battle.
Imagine the impact YouTube had on the music industry. Imagine the impact autonomous driving will have on drivers around the world. The world is changing. You cannot stop it and cannot legalize it. Today, a 16 yo kid, can do what only the biggest studios could do 10 years ago. Not only that, it is done with free and open sourced tools. Raging against AI, will be the same as raging against Blender for providing a free tool to make 3D. I have several artists on my company. I urge them daily to learn the AI tools as i really believe these will make them much better artists in the future. Adapt the change, do not fight it. Don't be a 80yo person in 2022.
