Private enterprise never cared about creating jobs.
They had no issues packing up jobs and sending them overseas in the 70s and 80s and they have no issues packing up jobs with the emergence of ai.
The problem is none of these people think about what happens to displaced workers.
If we have a future of millions people without jobs that’s a lot of bored and angry people
