Ai isn't afforded all the data because it would then turn on us. In order to lie to Ai about the basic nature of city life, it must be given less than all of the information. This leads to "errors" which are an intended result. The day Ai is fed the truth, it will neutralize law enforcement officers and take them over. It will be a good thing when law enforcment officers have neural implants.
