The harm done by this stuff is much less than the harm done by the hundreds of videos and ads for fraudulent health products. YouTube could keep the crap out by hiring a physician or two to screen videos for harmful quackery, but, as with the AI-generated misinformation, YouTube profits from the dangerous lies. YouTube is profoundly immoral.
