I understand AI art is ok, but say it's AI . AS WELL AS State, the work is AI . I changed over the years of my art that went from real to animated but never used AI. Ai is for an un- artistic person who creates their artistic thoughts. As long as its stated its AI let them sell it . However, if it's AI and stolen, then yeah, call the cops and get a lawyer.
