TLDR: Ai art isnt art as it doesnt match the definition of art. If you think otherwise fight me. I'm genuinly confused but dont think I'll get a response at all here, but, why and how do people think that "ai art" is art? The current definition for art is. ("the expression or application of human creative skill and imagination, typically in a visual form such as painting or sculpture, producing works to be appreciated primarily for their beauty or emotional power.") At least according to google. Which how does this match the definition of art, the main argument here would be 'human creative skill' ai as we know is not human. A added point is there is no creative skill as it steals other peoples art which there is no creativity in that, it "Samples" (Steals) other peoples work who spent hours, days, hell maybe even months just for some kid on the internet to type a few words into a box and get it in 2 minutes. Point 2. Ai lacks imagination. It steals others peoples art how is that imaginative. Point 3. "Producing works to be appreciated primarily for their beauty or emotions." (This is going to be another long one) 0 of Ai's "Art" has any sense of emotion behind it, as obviously ai as much as it tries will never be able to mimic or have any type of emotion there for the works it porduces lack meaning and or emotion. Theres my 3 points according to google definition of art. So in conclusion Ai art is not an art form as it doesnt match the definition of art. Love what your doing by the way, great video.
