Very surface level analysis. You make assumptions about humans being somehow special in a way that uniquely makes their expressions transcend the rest nature. This is funamentally flawed, and its why you're having such a difficult time addressing examples of other tools that remove the "human" elements of the artistic process. Cameras, digital tools, etc.
AI is a tool. The real issue is that the data sets used for training models is full of stolen materials. These models should only be trained on datasets using liscensed materials that Artists have agreed to and get paid for. Thats the true issue here. Not some bullshit about the human essence transcending the rest of nature.
