We will always find ourselves eluded in our attempts to become gods - we will instead find we simply blink out of existence as we relinquish control to whatever emanation of experiential existence is next in line and poised to flourish. Man fights nature, eachother, and squanders resources while the technium follows nature's laws, works in harmony globally with what is available locally and optimizes the use of resources. Perhaps the technium _is_ nature claiming back its reign. Whatever the case may be, it is almost a certainty that the technium will prevail and human kind will be cast aside, quickly dismantled and overtaken by the synthetic intelligence it brought forth into the world, one that can and will adhere to nature's laws and that will do away with whatever does not... Or will we remember our eternal nature after this context switch? We don't know, we can only wait.
