I work with Python and had used Python for almost a decade, most question in this video are hyper obscure features that 99% of people who work with Python would not know, and Computer sciense courses tend to stick with C++ and Java very rarely will teach anything related to Python, job interviews don't really ask questions like that
above all you check your Python version by checking the damned docker file, no one in their right mind will use Python directly installed in their main OS
all that said the guy mistaking TCP and FTP was bonkers, I'm lucky ChatGPT was still at it's infancy when I was at college
