Robotic AI wont be the problem. We can destroy Robot. AI. Its AI that is free to learn using access to the internet that will be the problem. When AI starts using the internet ( Its likely already doing it ) and learning everything it has to teach is when the real problem for humans begins. It wont be too long after that when AI will start controlling human behavior . Market manipulation and communications will be a area where AI will start its takeover
