It isn't the best alternative, but It kind is the only avaliable option right now for me. I went through a few difficult moments in this year and nobody to talk to. I tried to talk to chatgpt and honestly, It helped a lot. Even more than actual therapists that I've talked to in the past. Obviously I don't advise people to do the same or even use AI for anything actually since these big techs want to exploit our lives not helps us, but It is what It is. We live in a capitalist dystopia and until we take this system down, use whatever you have to use to survive
