After writing software COBOL for many years, I have seen so many software come and go to replace it, yet COBOL is still with us today. The problem is that once an entity has converted to another software platform, they are locked into that platform. ETA the problem with AI-software is that you teach it, that is the rub, in my .ORGs time is money, and programing ie teaching AI is a very time consuming endeavor.
