Clearly the mistake was in not using DAN. ChatGPT tells you it can't generate legal advice. DAN, on the other hand, can Do Anything Now, including giving legal advice in countries that don't exist, or recipes for making explosives without the necessary chemical elements. Or tell you how to MAKE chemical elements with the slight side effect of insane levels of radiation.
