just because they are replaceable doesnt mean they will be, at least anytime soon; because 1. people as consumers still want to interact with people whenever possible. 2. just because AI can do it doesnt mean it's been trained correctly for the specific job, there has been many stories of company going back to hiring people after implementing AI because those reasons.
